B2B Delivery Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order Requirements

BENarena operates exclusively in the B2B market with the following minimum order quantities:

Target Customers

Our AI camera systems are designed for:

• Sports facilities and broadcasting companies
• Industrial facilities and manufacturing plants
• Security system integrators
• Technology resellers and distributors
• System integrators and OEM partners

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery:

• 10-50 cameras: 4-6 weeks from order confirmation
• 51-100 cameras: 6-8 weeks from order confirmation
• 100+ cameras: 8-12 weeks from order confirmation
• Custom solutions: 12-16 weeks depending on specifications

Express Delivery:
Available for orders up to 25 cameras with 50% surcharge. Delivery within 2-3 weeks subject to availability.

Delivery Terms (Incoterms 2020)

Standard Terms:

• EXW (Ex Works) - Rheinbach, Germany (default)
• FCA (Free Carrier) - Available upon request
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - Available for EU destinations

Packaging and Handling

All BENarena products are delivered in:

• Professional transport cases (included in price for orders 10+)
• Individual protective packaging per camera
• Complete documentation package
• Installation and setup guides
• Calibration certificates

Geographic Coverage

Special Export Requirements:
Some destinations may require additional export licenses or extended delivery times due to regulatory requirements.

Installation and Support

Included Services (orders 10+ cameras):

• Remote setup and configuration support
• Online training for technical staff (up to 4 persons)
• 90-day technical support hotline
• Software updates for first 12 months

Optional On-Site Services:

• On-site installation and commissioning
• Staff training at customer location
• Extended warranty packages
• Maintenance contracts

Risk Transfer and Insurance

1. Risk transfers according to agreed Incoterms
2. Transit insurance available upon request
3. All products are covered by comprehensive manufacturer warranty
4. Customer responsible for local import duties and taxes

Force Majeure

Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or semiconductor shortages) will result in proportional extension of delivery times without penalty.
